Digital products
Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded.
When we offer refunds
- The template is materially different from its description.
- The download files are corrupted and we cannot provide a working copy.
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
How to request
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

Free templates are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds.
